    A career spanning over 35 years in mainstream and Special Education has been complemented by a role in Player/People development at the Carlton Football Club (AFL). With extensive experience supporting students with a range of disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), James synthesises these experiences into tailored, holistic programs for individuals and groups.

    James’ longstanding interest in promoting executive function has grown out of his broad experience working with children, adolescents and young adults. Coaching of key executive function skills includes a strong emphasis on building self-efficacy, fostering strengths and promoting wellbeing to develop individual resilience. 

    James collaborates closely with clients, families and allied health professionals to ensure that the daily living and educational needs of the individual are recognised and addressed.
