James Shelly will be joining the Crisalida team in February 2024. James is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist as well as a General Adult Psychiatrist. He has extensive experience conducting neurodevelopmental assessments (ADHD, ASD) as well as treating other common mental health difficulties and disorders in children and young people.

James has a relaxed interpersonal style which provides for feelings of safety and containment, and he takes a holistic and systemic approach to mental health treatment and support.

His main areas of interest are neurodevelopmental assessment, treatment of anxiety and depression, and psychotherapy for children and adults with anxiety disorders.
