Kate is an experienced paediatric speech pathologist with a background in early intervention, mental health, education and private practice. Kate specialises in working with young children with developmental delays, disabilities and language disorders. She has a particular interest in paediatric feeding and fussy eating.
Kate has a strong background in assessing and treating children on the Autism Spectrum and is ADOS-trained. She also has extensive experience with primary school-aged children and young adolescents in the areas of language and literacy, pragmatics and social skills development.
Kate works in a family-centered way, using a strengths-based approach, and is endlessly inspired by the magic of the relationship formed with children and their families through the therapeutic process.
