• Norah Kenny

After completing her Masters in 2016, Norah has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist, with a particular interest in the area of disability. Norah enjoys working with children and adolescents, as well as their caregivers and families, and believes in a client and family-centered approach when supporting each client to achieve their goals.

Norah is experienced working with children with a physical and/or intellectual disability, developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. Norah has worked within a clinic setting, as well as in a client’s home, childcare/kinder, and school, providing support in areas such as independent living skills (i.e. self-care, domestic and community skills), executive function (attention and concentration skills), fine and gross motor skills, social skills and sensory processing challenges.

In collaboration with other allied health professionals, Norah also has experience in co-facilitating evidence-based group programs (i.e. LEGO group) and believes group therapy can provide a fun and structured environment to foster positive relationships for each client and their families.
