I am a registered psychologist who has substantial experience working with clients across the lifespan, from children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have experience in a range of settings, from counseling children and adolescents within schools, counselling adults through community organisations, as well as seeing a range of clients in private practice. I am passionate about exploring and understanding one’s psychological distress in order to facilitate a fuller and more meaningful life within my clients. At Crisalida, I am available to see children and adolescent clients on Mondays and Thursdays.

Types of Treatment Modalities Used:
I provide evidence-based interventions within a person-centered framework. I am interested in working with the whole person rather than resolving symptoms;I provide a space where awareness can be developed regarding the context of how one’s psychological distress has manifested and is maintained. Although well-trained in CBT, I am largely interested in both Gestalt and psychodynamic therapy – both of which place central importance on the therapeutic relationship and the here-and-now of one’s internal processing of subjective experience.
