Jane practices as a psychologist and has been working with children and young people in public child and adolescent mental health settings for the past 5 years. Jane has experience supporting clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, attachment disorders, challenging & aggressive behaviour and developmental disorders.
Jane provides both individual and group therapy for children and adolescents, using a range of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, narrative therapy, ACT therapy and play therapy. Treatment includes supporting children and young people to develop and enhance their own coping skills, empower families and providing school consultations and planning. Jane also conducts assessments of cognitive functioning.
Jane enjoys working with children, young people and their families to make positive changes to their lives and relationships.
