    Provisional Psychologist

    Bridget is a Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University. She has experience in a primary school setting, supporting children and their families across a range of areas, including: anxiety, low mood, social skills development, emotion regulation, self-esteem and promoting overall wellbeing. She takes a neuroaffirming approach, and is committed to providing an inclusive space that supports individuals to build confidence, resilience and develop practical skills for everyday life.

    Bridget has also worked with adolescents and adults in a private practice setting, supporting individuals in areas such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, workplace and academic difficulties, stress management and identity exploration.

    Bridget utilises a warm and collaborative style, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs. She draws on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), whilst also incorporating play-based and mindfulness skills. She strives to provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals feel genuinely heard and supported, and where families are treated as active partners in the therapeutic process.
