    Early Career OT

    Erin is a registered Early Career Occupational Therapist, holding a Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice from La Trobe University.

    She has valuable experience within paediatric allied health, having worked across a range of roles including as a disability support worker, allied health assistant, and co-facilitator of therapy groups at Crisalida. Alongside her allied health background, Erin brings broad experience working with children of different ages and diverse backgrounds through part-time roles and involvement in sporting activities.

    Erin particularly enjoys working in areas such as fine and gross motor development, handwriting, friendships, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, planning and organisation, self-care, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

    She is committed to a strengths-based approach, valuing each child’s individuality and using their interests and passions to promote engagement, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday occupations.
