    Psychologist

    Yasotha V is an experienced Registered Psychologist (Educational and Developmental Psychology registrar) with a passion for supporting children and adolescents with learning, behavioural and social emotional challenges.

    With over 20 years in the field, Yasotha brings a wealth of knowledge in conducting diagnostic assessments for learning disabilities, autism and adhd, as well as providing mental health support for her clients (anxiety and emotional regulation).

    Yasotha served as the Senior Psychologist at SPELD Victoria from 2017 to 2022. There, she provided invaluable support to children and adolescents with learning difficulties, and their families, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Yasotha’s commitment to professional development is evident through her Board Approved Supervisor status and previous role at the University of Melbourne where she shared her knowledge and expertise with trainee psychologists and educators in the Master of Educational Psychology and Master of Teaching Program.

    Before her time in Australia, Yasotha worked as an Educational Psychologist at the Psychological Services Unit, Singapore. This role allowed her to gain valuable experience in the assessment and support of students with diverse needs.
